Housing: Halls £72 pw (£82 en-suite) includes bills, breakfast, evening meal, cleaner (TV licence extra). Toaster, fridge etc allowed in room. Students live in private accommodation after 1st year (local paper, letting agents, noticeboards).
Eats: Under £3 for meal on campus. In town, Blackfriars Pub, Archibald Simpsons. Variety of speciality restaurants.
Drink: SAC Aberdeen bar, Aberdeen SU, Hogshead, The Bobbin, Liquid.
Nightlife: Agricultural Society (ceilidhs, discos, annual ball, pub quizzes and crawls). In town, O'Neills, Ministry, Priory, Espionage, Kef and many more.
Locals: Very friendly.
Sports: University facilities; city centre sports clubs.
Annual living costs: The minimum amount students say you need to live on each year (covering all living expenses but excluding tuition fees) is £4500 (in college accommodation), £5000 (in private accommodation).
Best features: Beautiful surroundings.
And worst: Weather and long winter nights!
