Housing: Expensive halls, some ensuite. Plenty of private housing (uni accommodation list).

Eats: University food is tasty but pricey, in a really nice refectory. Good pub food eg at the Tap and Spile in Wolves.

Drink: Good union bar, fairly cheap (£1.65 a pint); Banks, Whitbread, Scottish Courage, S&N. Local pubs The Stile, Whitmore Reans.

Nightlife: Places to go every night of the week (some can be dodgy); Walkabout good on a Monday for students. Good range of ents at the Union.

Sports: Loads in and out of the University.

Jobs: Plenty of bar work at reasonable pay.

Financial help: Excellent welfare service both uni and SU.

Best features: City centre location.

Worst: Split sites.
