Drink: Wide range in SU reasonably priced.

Nightlife: Extensive range of SU ents. Locals: Friendly. Sports: SU sports clubs (wide range from canoeing to parachuting) and sports pavilion.

Travel: Coach travel from London (5 hours); train more expensive (3 hours). Middlesbrough on some direct routes. Local airport.

Financial help: Very good. Student funding team allocates funds and provides holistic assistance to maximise a student's income. Government and SU hardship fund.

Jobs: Student job centre helps students find part-time and holiday jobs.

Best features: Town centre campus; everything in walking distance.

And worst: The weather.
