How to apply to Oxford University
You have to send in two forms, one to Oxford and another to UCAS. The key deadline is 15 October for both forms:
The UCAS Application, nominating Oxford as one of your choices, must be returned to UCAS before 15 October.
The Oxford Application Form - You must return this to the Oxford Colleges Admissions Office (University Offices, Wellington Square, Oxford OX1 2JD) by 15 October, with the application fee of £10. Instructions for completing the form are given in the Undergraduate Prospectus; ask at your school or, if you have left school, write to the Secretary of the Oxford Colleges Admissions Office.
You may choose a college of preference, or put in an open application to the university. Candidates will be allocated second and third choice colleges and if you are not accepted by any of these colleges, your application may then be available to other colleges for consideration. It is not possible to apply to both Oxford and Cambridge in the same admissions year, unless you are a candidate for an organ award.
