Housing: Good quality in college (40% ensuite); £720 a term.
Eats: Plenty for all purses.
Drink: College bar cheap, town expensive unless a student bar.
Nightlife: Excellent for cheesy music student nights.
Locals: OK. Few problems.
Sports: Tennis courts, gym, croquet, cricket, rugby, dance, rowing, football, basketball, netball.
Travel: Lots of small grants available and JCR has travel awards.
Financial help: Excellent; available for students in need. University offers bursaries for UK students on full fee remission.
Jobs: Not permitted in term time.
Best features: Cosmopolitan, friendly atmosphere; good accommodation.
And worst: Institutional food made up for by good kitchen facilities.
Good news: Library and accommodation renovations.
