Housing: Excellent. All students can be given accommodation for their entire course.

Eats: OK, pretty cheap and no need to sign up in advance.

Drink: College bar is fun and friendly.

Nightlife: Lively, weekly, free college bops; frequent trips and social events.

Sports: All free: table tennis, tennis, netball, basketball, hockey, cricket, rugby, football, pool, rounders, squash and rowing. Free gym.

Financial help: Hardship funds available to all who need them. Academic scholarships offered.

Travel: Everybody cycles. College also offers grants for students to travel overseas during vacations.

Jobs: Work in college bar or during admissions period.

Best features: Fun and friendly. Close knit community.

And worst: Considered insular by outsiders.
