Admission: No undergraduates admitted to earth sciences; human sciences; metallurgy; modern history & English (joint school); oriental studies; theology.

Library & information services: About 40,000 volumes on open shelves and a further collection of about 12,000 older books; 90 periodical subscriptions; separate modern history and law reading rooms. Separate college IT service: 250 computers with access to library and internet, open 24 hours/day (ratio 115 workstations to students).
Eating arrangements: Breakfast, lunch and dinner in hall; tea available in New Buttery.
Gate/guest hours: Unrestricted.
Other college facilities: Shop, bar, sports ground, pavilion, squash and tennis courts about 10 minutes' walk from college; boathouse.
Accommodation: Most undergraduates who want to live in college accommodation. Full-board at £101 per week on average, term time only (range £2208-£2973 pa); first years allocated mid-price rooms (other rooms allocated by ballot). No first degree students live at home.
Term-time work: College does not allow term-time work. Work available in college only during summer conferences.
Financial help: Limited college discretionary fund for assistance in case of hardship.
