Drink: 3 SU bars offer cheap beer and spirits (from £1.50 a pint/shot, bottles £1.95). Various student nights in town pubs. Nightlife: Wide-ranging and expanding on and off campus.

Locals: Very friendly. Sports: Wide range.

Travel: Campus to campus bus, easy access to town by bus or taxi (approx £445). Good transport to London, Birmingham and Milton Keynes. Hardship fund: College access fund.

Jobs: Fairly easy to get part-time work, but pay not great.
