Middlesex University - Student View
It's a multi-campus university and consists of campuses at Trent Park, Hendon, Cat Hill, Tottenham, Enfield, and Archway & various hospitals.
Trent Park campus is on the green belt, with beautiful parklands and a historic mansion - venue for annual freshers' and summer balls; Tottenham, essentially of Victorian design, keeps a happy college atmosphere; Cat Hill, leafy, purpose-built and modern; Enfield, a mixture of period and modern, is home of the Forum - one of the largest student bars in the country - and where the Christmas ball is held, which attracts students from all campuses for a brilliant night of fun and entertainment.
Health courses are based at four London teaching hospitals: Chase Farm, North Middlesex, Royal Free and Whittington.
Most campuses provide accommodation on-campus, ranging from communal halls to modern apartments with several bedrooms grouped around a kitchen. Priority given to international/out of London and first year students. Living arrangements enable friends to be made easily and many say that the first year in halls hold the fondest memories.
A diverse student population includes many mature and international students. Wide range of courses is offered with minimum hassle to change programmes. Each campus has own bookshop but the focal point on each has to be the SU.
