Founded: 1943. Name change 2004, from London Bible College to London School of Theology.
Site: 9-acre site, north west of London.
How to get there: Metropolitan line to Northwood; by road off A404 Rickmansworth Road.
Academic features: Courses in theology; theology, music & worship; and theology & counselling. Subjects fall into four main categories: biblical studies; theological studies; missiological studies and applied theology (Intl placement related career orientation). Postgraduate programmes, taught and research based.

Library & information services: 45,000 volumes, 200 periodicals. 100 study places. Annual expenditure on information provision, £100 per (FTE) student. Separate IT service, access 24 hours/day. Access to library and interne' from 15 points (ratio workstations to students 1:20), plus all student rooms for those with their own machines. IT support from 2 full-time staff: full induction to library and information services for new students.
Study abroad: Partners in training mission sandwich - run in conjunction with Latin Link in South America.
