Myerscough College - Student View

It's about 6 miles outside Preston and an associate college to Central Lancashire University.

Facilities are improving - new IT research centre and student social centre - and students have easy access to Central Lancs Uni facilities. An indoor sports centre on campus (includes a multi-purpose sportshall, multigym and golf training simulators) and 9-hole course.

Staff are friendly and very approachable and happy to help out on any coursework queries. Relatively easy to change course in first term. A wide range of land-based, sport and leisure courses which offer practical placements in the UK and abroad.

Student life is good with many active sports clubs that have enjoyed recent success.

Preston has good transport links by road and rail to cities in the north west and good entertainment, including clubs, pubs, restaurants and cinemas.
