Heythrop College - Student Life
Housing: Inter-collegiate halls of residence then private housing (look in university accommodation lists, or Loof).
Eats: Meal for £3+ in College (soup 60p); also ULU or anything on High Street Ken.
Drink: ULU cheap, with promos; Greyhound, local and well patronised.
Nightlife: ULU; also HSU trips to West End, theatres, cinemas (often with discounts).
Locals: Posh, but good for a laugh.
Sports: ULU facilities good; college too small for anything above 5-a-side.
Travel: Very accessible (next to High St Ken tube) but London notoriously expensive (travel cards are available for discounts).
Financial help: Discretionary college hardship fund.
Jobs: Reasonable amount of work if you're not fussy; college library, local stores etc.
Best feature: Fun union.
And worst: Weigh-and-pay salad (expensive).
