Housing: Most start in halls, and move into shared flats in second year.

Eats: UCL union is good and cheap; Indian restaurants in Brick Lane and Drummond Street; reasonable pizza/pasta and noodle bars in Soho.

Drink: UCL union and ULU cheap (for London). Excellent bars in Soho, good pubs in Camden and Islington.

Nightlife: London is amazing for bands, films, clubs, theatre and art.

Sports: Good sporting societies; swimming pool at ULU.

Travel: Exchange opportunities in Europe, Israel, America and Australia in 3rd year.

Financial help: Don't count on them, but there is money available if you really need it.
