RADA - Student Life

Housing: No London accommodation is cheap and not easy to find nearby. RADA students have limited access to student accommodation next door.

Eats: Canteen on site, cheap subsidised food. Access to West End eateries.

Drink: RADA Bar has special offers. Local actor and stage management bars.

Nightlife: Public in-house shows are free to students, also some other productions. Events in RADA Bar eg karaoke, play reading, bands. Usual London nightlife.

Sports: Local YMCA etc; ULU sports facilities nearby.

Annual living costs: The minimum amount students say you need to live on each year (covering all living expenses but excluding tuition fees) is £7000.

Financial help: Excellent but limited (no student has ever been turned away because of lack of funds).

Good news: Major refurbishment of Gower Street building; now houses one of the most advanced 200-seat theatres in Europe.
