Housing: £70+ pw minimum for anywhere vaguely close; very limited halls.
Eats: Canteens reasonable but not cheap.
Drink: SU bars cheapest; many others dotted around London, including university SU at Oxford Circus and Elephant & Castle (London College of Communication).
Nightlife: Parties at eg Heaven, Ministry of Sound, and SU bars.
Sports: SU runs lots of different sporting and club activities.
Travel: Some student fares and travelcards; bus often cheaper. Cycling can be dangerous, wet and cold in winter but are bike sheds.
Financial help: Access fund.
Jobs: Weekend jobs often essential. Many work in King's Road and West End shops.
